Where my favourite people are. And London for the majority of the year. I’ve lived here for over 8 years and I find the city and people inspiring even during tought times like the present. London has something for everyone which is what makes it special.
A perfect day in London can be quite simple, I’d start my day with breakfast followed by a morning class at Blok or Core Collective. There’s always a cool brunch place near fitness studios. You can’t beat the pancakes at Granger & Co. Walking in Regents park or Hyde park always gives me energy and mindfulness and after dark I’d recommend dinner and a cocktail at Hovarda.
Adventurer, metropolitan or hedonist?
I like adventure. Not necessarily jumping from helicopters and rafting but I think we should all be a bit more spontaneous.
What does it mean for you to be a gentle man?
For me it means making people around you feel comfortable at all times. It’s the small things that matter like pouring a glass of water next to your partner’s nightstand or waking them up to a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast.
Where do you recommend for a first date?
Something unexpected, I went to the zoo for a first date once and loved it.
Anywhere sunny where I can watch the sunset sitting on the sand. I usually spend 2 weeks every summer in Greece and explore different islands. This year I went to Koufonisia, Spetses and Amorgos which I highly recommend.
What is your self-care hack?
My daily routine includes washing my face with a cleanser every morning and night before applying a face cream ideally with SPF and a serum at night.
What is your survival care kit when you travel?
I often feel my skin is dehydrated when I travel a lot. I try to pack a hydrating face sheet mask and use a body moisturiser every day when I’m travelling.
Tip: I use the sheet mask during the flight, it can be a bit scary but does the trick when you land. [always keep your mask on ;)]
Piano, beach, sports and cookies.
Something you would like to share?
During the lockdown I launched a sustainable brand with a friend. We’ve had this idea for, Listening Store which is biodegradable phone cases that come in an array of different colours emblazoned with fun, tongue-in-cheek messages on them referring to the environment. We’re both very passionate about sustainability and in a world where nearly 75% of the global population owns a mobile phone, most of which are protected by plastic phone cases, we’re on a mission to convert at least a small percentage of these people to use a compostable and biodegradable case.
